PREP Preheat oven to 450℉. Lightly oil baking sheet with olive oil. Assemble wings on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

BAKE Bake wings uncovered for 50-60 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165℉. *Oven temps vary, check after 45min.
Toss Heat butter in a large pot over medium high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes (don't let it burn). Turn off heat. Add cooked wings to pot, cover with lid and toss.

Final Touches Using tongs, remove wings from pot and spread out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley if desired.
