Gut Friendly Popsicles The Whole Family Will Love

These delicious, easy to make HEALTHY popsicles come together in no time!
- 1 cup Organic plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries any frozen berry combo works!
- 1 TBS Chia Seeds
- 1 TBS Raw Honey
- 1/2 TBS Earthly Wellness Super foods powder* optional
Using a blender, blend all ingredients.
Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for several hours.
Run popsicle mold under warm water to loosen to avoid cracking the mold.

Honey should be avoided in children under 1 year; substitute maple syrup for littles.
