These delicious, easy to make HEALTHY popsicles come together in no time!

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle Mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Organic plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries any frozen berry combo works!
  • 1 TBS Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBS Raw Honey
  • 1/2 TBS Earthly Wellness Super foods powder* optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a blender, blend all ingredients.
  • Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for several hours.
  • Run popsicle mold under warm water to loosen to avoid cracking the mold.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Earthly Wellness Super Foods Powder is safe for 6 months+. 
Honey should be avoided in children under 1 year; substitute maple syrup for littles.
