Gut Friendly Popsicles The Whole Family Will Love

These gut friendly popsicles are on constant repeat for my family all summer long! They’re easy to make but the best part is they’re actually healthy.

Gut friendly yogurt and chia seeds combine with blueberries and honey to make a satisfying cold treat on a hot day! I love to add Earthley Wellness’s Super Foods Powder to give these popsicles even more nutrients.

Gut Friendly Popsicles The Whole Family Will Love

These delicious, easy to make HEALTHY popsicles come together in no time!

Servings 5

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle Mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Organic plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries any frozen berry combo works!
  • 1 TBS Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBS Raw Honey
  • 1/2 TBS Earthly Wellness Super foods powder* optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a blender, blend all ingredients.
  • Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for several hours.
  • Run popsicle mold under warm water to loosen to avoid cracking the mold.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Earthly Wellness Super Foods Powder is safe for 6 months+. 
Honey should be avoided in children under 1 year; substitute maple syrup for littles.
