Healthy Make Ahead Oatmeal Packs

These healthy oatmeal packs come together quickly and can be stored in the pantry for a quick, filling breakfast the whole family will enjoy! The recipe below is for a single pack.
- 1/3 cup Organic quick cooking rolled oats
- 2 tsp Organic oat bran
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Redmond's real salt
To Make
Heat water on stovetop in kettle
Pour baggie contents into glass or ceramic bowl
Pour hot/boiling water over oatmeal, stir
Let sit for a few minutes to absorb liquid. Chia seeds will expand.
